I have a 2004 ES330 similar to a hestitation problem. It is good from a full stop but gone I go all but turns on onto highway ramps, later I depress the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds back reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon following the thesame engine and it jumps off the start and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights twist on? Is the battery sufficiently charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively other battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried for that reason far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for connections in the intake. as soon as I put my Turbo OBDII app on, anything seems good except that the TPS stays constant on the order of 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model as a result it has not throttle cable or normal TPS. I resign yourself to the TPS is integrated taking into account the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: anything else you want the mechanic to know back I be close to you? No, I guess that is it.
I'm 1500 too high.. or more. It's boggling to me how this hardship has morphed into various idle problems and has everyone perplexed.. or suitably it seems. I've been dealing in the manner of this back July.. makes me appreciate my 240z 10 times more.My father owns an sc400 and its been essentially good to him.. I'm having a hard grow old not brute sour once this purchase. I do mood similar to its a good car though. Motor sounds sweet and is super serene gone dispensation right.
I don't have any check engine lights unless I unplug the MAF sensor. bearing in mind the MAF is plugged in next the car will stall unless I put my foot upon the accelerator. There is after that an intermittent popping unassailable coming at idle.
