I have a 2004 ES330 subsequent to a hestitation problem. It is fine from a full end but subsequently I go regarding turns on onto highway ramps, past I distress the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds back reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon with the same engine and it jumps off the begin and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights tilt on? Is the battery abundantly charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively supplementary battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried hence far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for contacts in the intake. as soon as I put my Turbo OBDII app on, everything seems fine except that the TPS stays constant regarding 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model correspondingly it has not throttle cable or normal TPS. I take the TPS is integrated taking into consideration the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: everything else you want the mechanic to know past I be close to you? No, I guess that is it.
I did re-check them tho. The master tech did extensive tests on the let breathe flow meter and said it was good. next I unplug it and manage the motor, the car runs coarse and at 850ish. I can solitary guess that my new rebuilt ecu has an issue, or the tps needs to be re-adjusted, or anyhow my maf has died in the midst of every this. I don't think the tps has that much manage in the alternative of rpm though? I think it and no-one else adjusts it roughly 1k..
I don't have any check engine lights unless I unplug the MAF sensor. later the MAF is plugged in subsequently the car will stall unless I put my foot on the accelerator. There is furthermore an intermittent popping sealed coming at idle.
