I have a 2004 ES330 behind a hestitation problem. It is fine from a full stop but later than I go something like turns upon onto highway ramps, subsequently I distress the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds previously reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon later than the similar engine and it jumps off the begin and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights slant on? Is the battery thoroughly charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively supplementary battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried therefore far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for links in the intake. when I put my Turbo OBDII app on, all seems fine except that the TPS stays constant on the order of 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model correspondingly it has not throttle cable or normal TPS. I say you will the TPS is integrated bearing in mind the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: all else you want the mechanic to know past I border you? No, I guess that is it.
Thanks for your response. I just checked what you mentioned, that I hadn't already checked, except fuel pressure.Let me tell you a tiny more more or less the problem history. It currently has a master tech certified idle expose govern valve and tps installed. without upsetting anything, the last (used) ecu and my original, would manage in the car without this symptom.
Hello the TPS does have an effect upon switching the car into idle mode hence I'd suggest to create definite the throttle plate is 100% closed and not slightly grounded next carbon. and subsequently acclimatize the TPS therefore that the IDL fasten is continuous to the E2 pin with the throttle is closed, and entry circuit in the manner of the throttle is just cracked. Don't upset not quite any voltages, the IDL contact is the in fact important one.
