I have a 2004 ES330 next a hestitation problem. It is fine from a full end but with I go around turns on onto highway ramps, in the manner of I upset the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds before reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon with the same engine and it jumps off the begin and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights turn on? I'm 1500 too high.. or more. It's boggling to me how this misery has morphed into various idle problems and has everyone perplexed.. or so it seems. I've been dealing when this previously July.. makes me appreciate my 240z 10 time more.My daddy owns an sc400 and its been essentially good to him.. I'm having a difficult era not being prickly similar to this purchase. I get air next its a fine car though. Motor sounds endearing and is super smooth like paperwork right.
have you looked into throttle body coking and/or combustion chamber/valve carbon buildup? are you stirring to date upon every maintenance; spark plugs fuel filter pcv vlave etc? have you performed a visual inspection and listened to engine as it warms going on and is warmed up? oftentimes in engine show many factors may cause the thesame symptom(s)
