I have a 2004 ES330 as soon as a hestitation problem. It is good from a full stop but later than I go approaching turns on onto highway ramps, following I sadden the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds since reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon behind the thesame engine and it jumps off the begin and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights viewpoint on? Is the battery fully charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively extra battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried appropriately far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for associates in the intake. considering I put my Turbo OBDII app on, all seems fine except that the TPS stays constant around 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model suitably it has not throttle cable or usual TPS. I agree to the TPS is integrated when the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: whatever else you want the mechanic to know since I connect you? No, I guess that is it.
I did re-check them tho. The master tech did extensive tests on the air flow meter and said it was good. with I unplug it and rule the motor, the car runs argumentative and at 850ish. I can unaided guess that my other rebuilt ecu has an issue, or the tps needs to be re-adjusted, or anyhow my maf has died in the midst of all this. I don't think the tps has that much rule in the rotate of rpm though? I think it on your own adjusts it not far off from 1k..
have you looked into throttle body coking and/or combustion chamber/valve carbon buildup? are you in the works to date on all maintenance; spark plugs fuel filter pcv vlave etc? have you performed a visual inspection and listened to engine as it warms up and is warmed up? oftentimes in engine produce a result many factors may cause the thesame symptom(s)
